"I Panicked Over the Renewal Price for No Reason"
When I saw the renewal price went up a little, I immediately acted like my whole budget had just been set on fire. But after comparing it with a few others, it was still fair. The renewal process was simple too, so after all my dramatic sighing, it ended up being totally fine.

I tried reaching customer service a few different times, and it was just frustrating. The wait was really long, and when I finally got someone, I didn’t get much of an answer. I kept having to repeat myself, which made me feel a little embarrassed, like I was being annoying even though I just needed help. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience

I was caught off guard by my bill because there were extra fees I didn’t really understand until it was too late. Maybe I missed something, but I feel like they could’ve made those charges a lot clearer upfront.

i mean, the bills are usually correct, so I can’t complain too much. There was one month where I got a weird charge, and it took a little while to get it sorted out. Not a huge deal, but I do wish it was a bit more consistent.

I had to dig around way too much to understand the contract terms. It wasn’t all that clear upfront, and when I emailed for help, the replies felt like they were coming from a robot instead of an actual person. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get a straight answer.

My online account is okay for the basics, like paying bills, so I can’t complain too much. But when the pages take forever to load, it makes the whole thing feel more stressful than it should. I also get annoyed trying to find older statements because it’s not as straightforward as I’d expect. It’s not awful, and I do use it, but I always feel like it could be a lot smoother.

I tried to make a payment, it said it failed, and then somehow I still got charged. it was an absolute mess and way more stressful than it needed to be.

I really liked being able to choose a plan that matched what I needed month to month instead of getting locked into something long term. Changing options was also simple and hasn’t been a hassle so far

"Canceling was straightforward"
I had to cancel my Amigo Energy plan since I moved out of state, it wasn’t a big ordeal. The person I talked to was easy to get ahold of and explained my final bill in a way that actually made sense, which I appreciated.
I’m giving 4 stars just because the hold time was a little longer than I would’ve liked, and the final confirmation email didn’t show up until the next day. But to be fair, that’s not the end of the world, and everything got handled without any weird fees or unnecessary drama.
